Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ta10bet (hereinafter "ta10bet", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ta10bet website located at ta10bet.net, including all associated services, tools, features, games, promotions, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and are effective from that date. ta10bet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the ta10bet Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following criteria in order to register an account and participate in any activity on the Platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. ta10bet is strictly an adult platform. Providing false age information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under any form of legal guardianship that would prevent you from entering into contracts.

- Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended ta10bet account. Only one account per individual, per household, per device, and per shared IP address is permitted.

- Not an employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a ta10bet employee or business partner where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
ta10bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to have registered or participated while underage, any winnings accrued will be forfeited, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, and any deposited funds may be returned to the original payment source after deducting any promotional amounts received, at ta10bet's sole discretion.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of ta10bet services — including placing bets, participating in casino games, claiming bonuses, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered account on the Platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.
3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information
You warrant that all information submitted during and after the registration process is truthful, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update your details if any information changes. ta10bet accepts no liability for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
ta10bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices for online financial platforms. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, or at any time ta10bet reasonably requests verification. Acceptable documents include:
- National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
- Valid passport (biographical page)
- Driver's licence issued by a Bangladesh authority

3.4 One Account Policy
Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on ta10bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. ta10bet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any associated balances, bonuses, or winnings.
Deposits & Withdrawals
ta10bet supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ta10bet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ta10bet accepts no responsibility.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment channels are currently supported on ta10bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. ta10bet may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party payment methods are not permitted.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- Minimum deposit (bank transfer): ৳1,000 per transaction.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
- Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day. Higher limits may be available upon request for fully verified accounts in good standing.
4.3 Deposit Processing Times
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ta10bet account balance within 1–2 minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of your bank. ta10bet is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by ta10bet's finance team. Standard withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically completed within 15–30 minutes for mobile money channels. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. ta10bet reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending satisfactory KYC verification or in cases where fraud or irregular activity is suspected.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
ta10bet is committed to preventing money laundering and other financial crimes. Deposits must be used for genuine gaming activity — making deposits with no intention to play and subsequently withdrawing funds is considered a violation of these Terms and may be treated as potential money laundering. ta10bet reserves the right to reverse deposits, apply a processing fee, or report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
ta10bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 35x) and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on certain game categories — such as live dealer games, sports betting markets with very short odds, or certain table game variants — may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility
To be eligible for any ta10bet bonus, you must: hold a fully registered and verified account in good standing; have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit of the minimum required amount specified in the promotion; and not be subject to any active account restrictions. Players who have previously abused bonus terms, opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or used any form of arbitrage strategy to exploit promotions are permanently ineligible for future bonus offers.
5.3 Bonus Abuse and Misuse
ta10bet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement (known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"); creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer repeatedly; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; and using automated betting software or bots in connection with bonus funds. Any player found to be abusing bonus terms will have their bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
All bonus offers have an expiry period, after which the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be removed from the account. The standard bonus expiry period is 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
ta10bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are valid only during the specified promotional period. ta10bet also reserves the right to amend the terms of any ongoing promotion where it is reasonably necessary to do so, with notice provided on the relevant promotion page.
Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
6.1 Random Number Generators
All slot games, virtual table games, and other non-live casino games on ta10bet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied and independently audited by the respective game studio. RNG certification ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and statistically independent of previous results. ta10bet does not modify or influence the RNG output of any third-party game.
6.2 Live Casino Games

6.3 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on ta10bet — covering cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to their own specific betting rules and settlement policies. Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other irregular event, settlement will follow the rules specified in the relevant sport's betting rules document on the Platform.
6.4 Malfunction and Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, game server error, connectivity failure, or any other technical fault that interrupts a game round or sports bet, ta10bet will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly and promptly. ta10bet reserves the right to void bets affected by a technical malfunction. Winnings arising from a clearly erroneous payout caused by a technical fault — where the payout does not reflect the actual game outcome — may be reclaimed by ta10bet. ta10bet accepts no liability for losses caused by a Player's own device, software, or internet connectivity issues.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the ta10bet Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another individual, or otherwise deceiving ta10bet or other players.
- Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or to place bets without genuine human decision-making.
- Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or credits to another player's account to circumvent bet limits, transfer funds, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of technical errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes on the Platform to place bets that would not otherwise be valid or profitable under normal conditions.
- Money laundering: Using ta10bet to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds through gaming activity.
- Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform while under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in doing so.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate permanent account closure and the amount in question will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward ta10bet staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
Responsible Gaming Policy
ta10bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to all players seriously. Gambling on ta10bet is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. It should never be used as a means to generate income, as a way to recover financial losses, or as an escape from personal, financial, or emotional difficulties.
8.1 Player Protection Tools
ta10bet provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.

- Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, further real-money play is suspended until the limit period resets.

Account Closure & Suspension
Either you or ta10bet may close or suspend your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
9.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request to close your ta10bet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC verification requirements. Once an account is closed at your request, any active bonuses and associated pending winnings will be forfeited.
9.2 Suspension or Closure by ta10bet
ta10bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period when requested.
- Detection of duplicate or linked accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions that are determined to be fraudulent.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
- Any regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation that requires ta10bet to restrict access to its Platform.
Where an account is suspended or closed by ta10bet due to a breach of these Terms, ta10bet reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, ta10bet may permanently forfeit the remaining balance. Where no material breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player.
9.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ta10bet will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered contact details before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower). ta10bet will not apply dormancy fees to an account whose balance is zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ta10bet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
ta10bet shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of expected winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, even if ta10bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
10.2 Platform Availability
ta10bet does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, software updates, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events. ta10bet accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform unavailability, provided that reasonable efforts are made to minimise downtime and to communicate scheduled maintenance in advance.
10.3 Third-Party Game Providers
Games on the ta10bet Platform are supplied by independent third-party game studios. ta10bet acts as a distribution interface for these games and is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or unfair outcomes originating within a third-party game engine. In the event of a verifiable third-party game malfunction that results in an incorrect outcome or payout, ta10bet will liaise with the relevant game provider to reach a fair resolution, but its liability is limited as described in this section.
10.4 Force Majeure
ta10bet shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, cyberattacks, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or failures of third-party service providers (including payment processors and game studios).
Amendments to These Terms
ta10bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to applicable laws and regulations, changes in ta10bet's products or services, feedback from players, improvements to clarity or structure, or any other reason at ta10bet's reasonable discretion.
When material changes are made to these Terms, ta10bet will notify registered players via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, an in-platform notification upon next login, or by email to the address registered to your account. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of the document.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to familiarise yourself with any changes. Your continued use of the ta10bet Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.1.
